The Baldwinsville Central School District is seeking an RN to attend sporting practices as well as home and away games/meets to service the medical needs of a student(s). RN must be available for practices from 8-10 am starting 8/22/22 and then practices switch to 3-5pm Monday-Friday at the start of school, September 6, 2022. Ideally, the candidate would be available to attend home games/meets as well as travel to away games/meets, schedule to be determined.
The registered nurse would be responsible for checking in with the student(s) regarding symptoms, encouraging PO medications for which the student(s) is self directed. In the event of an emergency, RN would need to administer rescue medication and follow standard emergency procedures.
The District is willing to consider multiple applicants to split practices and games/meet schedule.
Transportation costs/mileage: Reimbursement will be paid by the school for away meets based on the schools mileage reimbursement rate.
